I live in NY and called this morning to have an arrangement delivered to a friend in Lititz, the woman I spoke with was super friendly and helpful and the flowers were delivered within an hour!!! I was blown to away to have my friend reach out with a picture of a gorgeous arrangement within the hour!! Couldn't speak highly enough about the service received today. Thank you Hendricks!!!

I’m extremely disappointed by my recent experience with Hendrick’s Flower Shop. I had previously purchased a corsage and boutonniere from them and was very pleased, which is exactly why I chose to support them again for my daughter’s recital bouquet. Wanting everything to be special, I called to confirm my order because I was uncertain about the size and overall presentation I could expect. When I contacted another local flower shop for comparison, they were able to clearly explain the bouquet size, approximate stem count, and the types of flowers they planned to use. That level of guidance was incredibly helpful in envisioning the final product. When I called Hendrick’s to ask similar questions, I was told they “don’t go by stems” and instead make arrangements based on what they feel is appropriate for the recipient. While I understand florists work creatively and seasonally, I was simply asking for reassurance and a clearer expectation of what I was purchasing, especially since I wanted the bouquet to make a statement for a very special occasion. Hendricks has some of the most beautiful floral arrangements I’ve ever purchased. Not only are the flowers stunning, but they also last much longer than arrangements I’ve bought from other flower shops. You can truly tell this is a family-owned business that takes pride in its work and cares about its customers—something we’ve lost in big name sellers. Hendricks Flowers has been a wonderful part of the community for years, and Lititz would absolutely be at a loss without them. Thank you, Hendrick family!

Bernie was very sweet and fun! She gave us a tour through the shop and also sat and talked about what flowers we wanted for my father’s funeral. She was so knowledgeable, not just about the flowers she grows and uses, but about the folks she serves in her community! She remembers her customers likes and dislikes and does her best to give a meaningful gift of flowers that is tailored to the personality of the intended recipient! She gave us helpful suggestions of colors and combinations! The delivered arrangement was on time and gorgeous! We Highly recommend Hendricks for high class beautiful floral arrangements!
